Current stock will not cover its supplier lead time. Buying 48 restores the target service level and fits the remaining cash limit.

What is Shopify inventory replenishment software?

Shopify inventory replenishment software uses sales, stock and supply inputs to estimate future demand and recommend what to reorder. ReOrder adds lead times, safety stock, case packs, minimum order quantities and an optional cash limit to produce a practical buy plan.

How does ReOrder calculate recommended order quantities?

ReOrder forecasts demand through the supplier lead time and review period, adds safety stock, subtracts available and reliable inbound inventory, then applies case-pack, minimum-order and cash constraints. The inputs and calculation remain visible for review.

Does ReOrder use AI to decide how much to buy?

No. Order quantities come from deterministic forecasting and policy calculations. AI is used to explain changes and help investigate the evidence behind a recommendation; it is not the source of the quantity.

Does ReOrder automatically place or send purchase orders?

No. ReOrder can create supplier-grouped purchase-order drafts, but the merchant must review and approve every decision. Automatic supplier sending is disabled during the private beta.

Which Shopify stores is ReOrder designed for?

The first release is designed for an independent Shopify merchant operating one store and one inventory location with roughly 100 to 3,000 product variants. ReOrder is Australia-first and supports display currencies including AUD, USD, EUR, GBP and NZD.

What Shopify access does ReOrder request?

ReOrder requests read access to products, inventory, locations and orders for inventory planning. It does not change Shopify product, order or inventory records in the current workflow.

How much does ReOrder cost?

ReOrder is US$49 per store per month for up to 3,000 variants. Billing is managed through Shopify and the merchant confirms the subscription in Shopify.
