About ReOrder

Inventory decisions you can trust.

ReOrder is being built for independent Shopify merchants who need a clearer way to prevent stockouts without overbuying.

Meet Elton Brown, founder of ReOrder

Why ReOrder exists

Inventory planning often lives across Shopify reports, supplier sheets and a buyer’s memory. The result is a hard daily question: what should we order now, and what can wait?

ReOrder brings sales, current stock, supplier lead times, service levels and cash limits into one ranked decision queue. Each suggested quantity shows the evidence and calculation behind it.

Evidence behind the recommendation

Evaluate ReOrder through the working product and its documented boundaries. Our forecasting methodology explains the available history, candidate models and limitations. The forecast evidence guide distinguishes measured outcomes from examples.

ReOrder publishes and maintains these guides. Product screenshots and sample calculations are labelled as illustrations unless an actual customer result is identified with its source and permission.

Our product principles

  • Start with the buying decision, not another general dashboard.
  • Keep forecasts, adjustments and assumptions visible.
  • Use deterministic calculations for recommended quantities.
  • Explain each recommendation with visible inputs and calculations.
  • Require the merchant to approve, change or defer every decision.

Who the first release is for

ReOrder is Australia-first and currently designed for one Shopify store with up to 3,000 product variants. Inventory is aggregated across the store’s Shopify locations.
