Using ReOrder
You must be authorised to act for the Shopify store you connect and must use ReOrder lawfully. You are responsible for protecting account access and for the accuracy of settings, supplier information, costs and other inputs you provide.
Recommendations remain merchant decisions
ReOrder provides forecasting, replenishment recommendations and purchase-order drafts to support, but not replace, commercial judgement. Forecasts are estimates and do not guarantee sales, stock availability, supplier performance or a financial outcome.
You must review quantities, prices, dates, supplier terms and cash constraints before acting. ReOrder does not automatically send purchase orders to suppliers during the private beta.
Subscription and cancellation
The standard plan is US$49 per store per month for up to 1,000 variants. Shopify presents and manages subscription approval and billing. You may cancel by uninstalling the app or using the cancellation options made available through Shopify, subject to Shopify’s billing rules.
Beta service and acceptable use
Beta features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn as ReOrder is validated and improved. You must not attempt to bypass access controls, disrupt the service, misuse another merchant’s data, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use ReOrder for unlawful activity.
Ownership and feedback
You retain ownership of information you provide. ReOrder and its licensors retain ownership of the software, branding and service. If you provide product feedback, ReOrder may use it to improve the service without an obligation to compensate you.
Liability and applicable law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, ReOrder is provided without guarantees beyond those that cannot lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited, including applicable consumer-law rights.
